Resumen
La inteligencia artificial (IA) ha transformado diversos sectores sociales, incluido el ámbito educativo. Aunque la IA no es nueva, el uso de herramientas de IA generativa se ha popularizado recientemente, brindando un potencial significativo para personalizar el aprendizaje y automatizar tareas educativas. La IA ha evolucionado, y, actualmente, en el ámbito educativo, ofrece un amplio potencial, aunque también ciertos riesgos o limitaciones. Asimismo, hay ciertos aspectos éticos que deben tenerse en cuenta dentro del uso de la IA. En el ámbito socioeducativo, el uso de la IA es incipiente, aunque algunas herramientas están siendo exploradas para mejorar la intervención socioeducativa. El objetivo de este trabajo es realizar una propuesta de usos y herramientas de IA que pueden ser útiles en el trabajo socioeducativo. Se ha seguido una metodología cualitativa, a través de la revisión documental de los diferentes trabajos. En base a ello se ha establecido una serie de herramientas y usos de las TIC en el ámbito socioeducativo. Concluimos como para utilizar la IA en educación es necesario garantizar la formación adecuada de los educadores sociales y los usuarios, promoviendo un uso crítico y ético de estas tecnologías. Además, se debe asegurar el acceso equitativo a las TIC para evitar la brecha digital y la exclusión que supone.
Abstract
rtificial intelligence (AI) has transformed various social sectors, including education. Although AI is not new, the use of generative AI tools has recently become popular, offering significant potential for personalizing learning and automating educational tasks. AI has evolved, and today, in education, it offers a great deal of potential, but also certain risks or limitations. In addition, there are certain ethical aspects that must be taken into account in the use of AI. In the socio-educational field, the use of AI is incipient, although some tools are being explored to improve socio-educational intervention. The aim of this paper is to make a proposal of AI uses and tools that can be useful in socio-educational work. A qualitative methodology has been followed, through a documentary review of the different works. Based on this, a series of tools and uses of ICT in the socio-educational field has been established. We conclude that in order to use AI in education it is necessary to ensure adequate training of social educators and users, promoting a critical and ethical use of these technologies. In addition, equitable access to ICTs must be ensured to avoid the digital divide and the exclusion it entails
